  • How does the free trial work?

    The first 14 days are on us! Both the Chat and Standard packages are included, and you’ll have unlimited access to Rappora with no credit card required.

  • What happens after my free trial?

    With the free trial, you can use Rappora at no charge for 14 days. After your trial is up, you can choose from one of our several paid plans. If you’re not ready to subscribe, no problem. Your data will be securely stored in case you decide to upgrade later.

  • When does Rappora bill me?

    Rappora charges you at the end of your monthly billing period. That bill is determined by the packages in your subscription.

  • How does the month-to-month subscription work?

    The month-to-month packages have no long-term commitment. The Chat Package is billed at $2 / active employee / month and the Standard Package is billed at $8 / active client / month. Monthly plans have a 1 month term.

  • How do annual subscriptions work?

    You can save up to 30% when you subscribe to an annual plan. Like the month-to-month plan, you still pay monthly based on your number of active employees and/or active clients. Annual plans have a 12 month term.

  • Can I change my subscription?

    You can change your subscription at the end of your current billing term. Upon doing so, your billing term will reset.
